Maintenance Team Member
Permanent Part Time (30-32 hours per week)
We are looking for a versatile multi skilled 'handy person' to join our small maintenance team.
Given the nature of this role, it’s important that you have building/maintenance experience- Whether your skills are as a painter & decorator, a plumber, carpenter, or electrician, you will need to follow an established maintenance programme, including any emergency repairs, as required, to keep down time to an acceptable minimum in all areas of our Holiday Park, Theme Park Attractions and Facilities.
You’ll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks, jobs and building projects. It is extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around these. Although this isn’t a full guest facing role, you will still play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience and it’s important to remain friendly and approachable whenever you come into contact with one of our guests.
Along with the above you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and safety standards. Being able to work under pressure and to a given time scale is important. The ideal person will also possess a high degree of organisation and attention to detail as well as a practical, problem solving and can-do approach to all tasks.
A full driving licence is ideal for this role as there may be an occasional need for you to drive the company vehicles on park.
