For the safety of our guests and team, all rides and attractions operate under specific safety and accessibility requirements set by the ride manufacturer.
Read the restrictions for each ride before queuing. These requirements are enforced by our ride operators and must be followed at all times.
Due to evacuation procedures and to ensure fairness for all guests, Ride Access Pass users and carers will be subject to capacity limits per ride cycle. Individual ride information provides further details.

Halloween - Scarecrow Scare Maze, Creakier Hotel and Buddy's Spook Maze
Ride Access Passes are not accepted on any of our Halloween mazes. Waiting times may be longer during busy periods.
Access for guests in wheelchairs is available via the main entrance. All three mazes are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.
Larger mobility scooters will not be able to navigate the mazes due to the confined spaces.
Surfaces are generally level, although some uneven surfaces may be present within the mazes and queue lines.
The mazes contain strobe lighting, UV lighting, smoke and haze effects, loud and sudden noises, jump scares, live actors, confined and dark spaces, and artificial smells. Guests who may be affected by these effects should consider whether the attraction is suitable for them before entering.
Christmas - Santa's Grotto
Ride Access Passes are not accepted in our Santa's Grotto. Waiting times may be longer during busy periods.
