Annual Pass Terms & Conditions

• Entry – Your valid Annual Pass must be shown at the turnstiles each time you visit.

• Direct Debit deposit – A £30 deposit is required when setting up a Direct Debit. This will be deducted from the total cost of your Annual Pass.

• Non-transferable – Annual Passes cannot be shared, transferred or exchanged and are non-refundable.

• Direct Debit cancellation – To cancel your Direct Debit, contact us by email at [email protected] or by letter at least 28 days before your contract renewal date. Once a Direct Debit Annual Pass has been set up, it cannot be cancelled during the current contract.

• Paid-in-full passes – Annual Passes paid in full are non-refundable, either fully or partially.

• Park Terms & Conditions – Our general Park Terms & Conditions apply to all Annual Pass holders.

• Management rights – Crealy Theme Park & Resort reserves the right to refuse an Annual Pass application or renewal or withdraw an Annual Pass at any time.

• Excluded attractions and events – Some attractions and events may not be included in the Annual Pass. Discounted prices may be available instead.

• Service information – We may contact you with important information about your Annual Pass, including changes to these terms, expiry dates and renewal reminders. You can unsubscribe from these messages if you wish.

• Price for Life – To keep your Price for Life benefit, your Annual Pass must be renewed before it expires. For Direct Debit passes, the Direct Debit must remain active, and payments must not be cancelled or referred.

• Platinum upgrade – Any ticket purchased directly from Crealy, either online, at the admission gate or through Guest Services, can be upgraded to a Platinum Annual Pass.

• Ticket price deducted – The amount you paid for your day ticket will be deducted from the cost of your Platinum Annual Pass. For example, if you paid £21.95, this amount will be deducted from your Annual Pass price.

• Payment options – Platinum upgrades are available for both full-payment and Direct Debit Annual Passes.

• Not eligible – Complimentary tickets and tickets purchased through third parties cannot be upgraded.

• Same-day upgrade – The upgrade must be completed on the day of your first visit to Crealy Theme Park & Resort.

• £99 and Gold Annual Passes – If you want to purchase a £99 or Gold Annual Pass on the day of your visit, a deposit will be required.

• 12-month agreement – By choosing Direct Debit, you agree to a 12-month Annual Pass agreement, paid in 10 monthly instalments in your first year. This agreement cannot be cancelled during the 12-month period.

• Payment date – Direct Debit payments will be collected from the bank account provided on the 5th of each month. We are unable to offer alternative payment dates.

If a payment is missed or the Direct Debit is cancelled

If you cancel your Direct Debit or fail to make a payment before the 12-month agreement has ended:

a) You will no longer be able to continue as a Direct Debit Annual Pass holder.

b) All Annual Pass holders linked to the bank account will immediately lose their Annual Pass benefits, including park entry and Annual Pass discounts.

c) The full outstanding balance for the remainder of the 12-month agreement, including any missed payments, will become immediately due.
