Ride Assist Pass Scheme
How To Book A Ride Assist Pass
We offer free Ride Assist Passes for guests who are unable to queue for long periods.
This allows the user and up to three other guests to use the ride exit, helping to reduce the time spent waiting in the main queue.
To book a Ride Assist Pass, you will need a valid Nimbus Access Card showing one of these symbols:
Urgent toilet needs
Difficulty standing
Difficulty queueing
Difficulty with crowds
If you have one of these symbols, you can pre-book your Ride Access Pass here.
Important Information About Ride Assist Passes
For safety reasons, an adult carer (18+) must always accompany the RAP user. On Band 1 rides, the carer must stay at the ride. On Band 2 rides, the carer must sit next to or directly beside the RAP user.
Aqua Blasters and Vortex are not included in the Ride Assist Pass scheme.
For safety and evacuation reasons, there is a limit to the number of RAP users and carers permitted to each ride per cycle. Please check the information at each ride for specific restrictions.
Ride Assist Passes must be booked at least 72 hours before your visit.
We have a limited number of Ride Assist Passes available each day, so we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Ride Assist Passes are issued as a wristband, which must be worn by the Access Card holder during their visit.

This guide will assist our guests with disabilities to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable day out. All our rides have information boards detailing rules, restrictions and advisory information. If you have any questions, please seek out our Guest Services team at the main entrance who will provide support and guidance where needed.
Not all rides are suitable for all guests, and each has strict operating requirements based on the containment of the ride, the force of the ride and the evacuation procedure. These are set in accordance with external Ride Inspectors' requirements and exceptions will not be made. Our team will follow all rules and restrictions on health and safety grounds and will not make exceptions. please do not ask staff to break these rules.
While we are committed to supporting guests with disabilities and additional needs, all visitors are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Any breaches will be managed consistently and fairly, in line with our policies, which may lead to ejection from the theme park for the safety and well-being of those affected by any anti-social, aggressive or dangerous behaviour.
