Do you enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people and taking pride in keeping a campsite looking its best? We’re looking for a friendly, practical and reliable Warden Couple to help create a safe, welcoming environment for our guests.
From greeting new arrivals to maintaining our grounds and facilities, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of Crealy Resort. You’ll help build a real sense of community, making sure guests feel comfortable, supported and ready to enjoy their holiday.
What you’ll be doing
• Welcoming our guests: Meet camping and touring arrivals, help them settle onto the correct pitch, answer questions and explain site rules and facilities.
• Keeping pitches ready: Check departures, prepare pitches for new arrivals and report any damage or booking discrepancies to the Guest Services Manager.
• Caring for the grounds: Carry out grass cutting, strimming, weeding, litter picking and general maintenance to keep the site tidy and well presented.
• Maintaining clean facilities: Keep toilet and shower blocks, the launderette and washing-up areas clean, fresh and welcoming, and empty bins regularly and support our onsite accommodation cleaning team.
• Checking safety and equipment: Complete daily checks of play equipment, grounds, fire safety, safari tents, the golf course, sports court and bikes, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Looking after leisure activities: Clean and collect golf equipment, and put out, check and securely store the bikes each day.
• Providing out-of-hours support: Take responsibility for the out-of-hours phone when required, respond promptly to guest queries and emergency callouts, and carry out minor repairs within your capabilities.
• Working with the wider team: Liaise with reception, management and security, record and hand over overnight incidents, and support new colleagues where needed.

During the winter season, duties may vary and will include maintenance and other tasks agreed with the General Manager.
