Food and Beverage Diner Host
Every day, our Food & Beverage Team helps create magical moments by serving delicious food and drinks to our Theme Park and Resort guests. From family-friendly restaurants and buzzing coffee shops to grab-and-go kiosks, no two days are ever the same!
As a Host in Sooty’s Diner, you’ll be the friendly face keeping our dining space welcoming, clean, and guest-ready. You’ll play a key role in creating a comfortable environment where guests can sit back and enjoy their meal, while ensuring our high standards are always met.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting guests with energy and a warm, friendly attitude.

Creating a welcoming, clean, and safe seating environment for all guests.

Clearing tables quickly and efficiently to keep the area flowing smoothly.

Chatting with guests and enhancing their experience with great service.

Always keeping the seating area free from rubbish.

Cleaning and sanitising tables, chairs, and highchairs thoroughly.

Emptying bins regularly and ensuring surrounding areas stay tidy.

Carrying out daily safety checks on tables, chairs, and highchairs.

Completing deep cleaning tasks such as polishing table bases, barriers, and bins.

Supporting a “clean as you go” approach throughout the day.

Delivering end-of-day cleaning, including sweeping and mopping floors.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need prior experience; we’ll provide full training (including Food Hygiene qualifications if you don’t already have them). What matters most is your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and love for creating unforgettable guest experiences!

Willingness to learn, including Health & Safety training.

The Details

Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour (based on age)

Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance,
