Our rides and attractions are all subject to manufacturers guidance on safe operation. These form the basis for all operations across the theme park. In some cases, enhanced measures are in place to account for an internal assessment of risk, updates to governmental legislation and industry best-practice. These are designed to keep guests as safe as possible whilst using the ride or attraction.

It is the guest’s responsibility to read and understand these restrictions prior to queuing for the ride or attraction. These will be enforced strictly by the operator at the ride.

Guest health and safety is our top priority and therefore we reserve the right to refuse admission to a ride should we feel there is a danger to an individual for any reason. We have been advised by the Health & Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination.

To view the full restrictions for each ride or attraction, including accessibility information, please click on the individual rides and attractions listed below.

* Due to evacuation procedures and to ensure fairness for all guests, only a limited number of Ride Access Pass users and their carers are permitted per ride cycle.
