Theme Park
Crealy Gift Cards can be used to contribute or cover the admission price to the Theme Park. With over 60 rides and attractions, Crealy Theme Park & Resort is guaranteeed fun for the whole family and hosts a fantastic calendar of seasonal events throughout the year.
To use your Gift Card to cover admission costs, you can use your Gift Card to purchase your tickets at the Theme Park entrance* (excluding Christmas at Crealy tickets).

Special Events
Crealy hosts a fantastic calendar of seasonal events throughout the year including Easter, Halloween & Winter activities.
Some events require pre-booked tickets and some events are included in the price of admission to the Theme Park, so why not spend your Crealy Gift Card on one of our brilliant events?
Annual Passes
Gift Cards can also be used to cover or contribute to the price of one of our Annual Passes. Annual Passes come with a heap of exclusive benefits and pass holder events and with lots of pass types, find the perfect pass for you!
Food & Retail Purchases
During your visit to the Theme Park, you will have access to lots of fantastic food and drink options across the park, as well as seeing our gift shop, where you can get your Crealy souvenirs before you leave!
You can use your Gift Card to grab yourself lunch at Sooty's Diner, grab a fresh coffee at one of our Lavazza outlets, or take home a Buddy Bear cuddly toy!
There are so many options at your disposal, having a Crealy Gift Card can be extremely beneficial for those who want to use it during their day out at the park!

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
· A Crealy Gift Card can be redeemed for full or part payment against Theme park entry (excluding Christmas Tickets), Annual Passes and purchases at all the Resort’s food and retail outlets.
· Gift Cards will be treated as cash – lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
· A Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or refunds will be given.
· Gift Cards will expire 18 months after the date of purchase – any remaining balances will not be refunded.
· The minimum single amount to be pre-loaded on to a Crealy Gift Card is £10.
· Provided a Gift Card has not expired, any remaining balances can be used against future purchases.
· The balance remaining on any Gift Card can be checked at any time by, presenting the Gift Card at the main ticket office or by calling our Call Centre with the Gift Card number 01395 233200.
· Only original Gift Cards will be accepted at the Theme Park.
· No paper copies or digital images presented on a mobile device will be accepted under any circumstances.
· The management reserve the right to withdraw the Crealy Gift Card service without any prior notice.
· Crealy Gift Cards cannot be used against any online purchases and are only usable at Crealy Facilities.
