Annual Pass FAQ's

The free two nights camping can be used outside of the Devon school holidays and bank holidays.  This can be booked by calling one of our friendly advisors on 01395 234888.

The Annual Pass discount for the 'Christmas at Crealy' event is applicable to Platinum & Gold Annual Pass holders only.

Each Annual Pass allows one additional guest discount. This can only be used once a day.

As long as you renew your Annual Pass before it expires, you will keep the original price you paid for, no matter if our Annual Pass prices increase.

You are not paying your bulk deposits in the second year so your orginal 'Price For Life' will be spread out over 12 months.

To keep your 'Price For Life' please call 01395 233200 to renew over the phone or alternatively visit the Theme Park before your expiry date.

We try and take this payment 3 times. If it fails after this then the Annaul Pass is automactically cancelled. To reinsate please visit the Theme Park before we try and take the next payment.
