  • All Jungle Journey experiences must be booked in advance via the official Crealy websiteĀ 
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Experiences areĀ non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of park closure or cancellation by Crealy

  • The experience is suitable for guests aged 4 and over
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adultĀ 
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled experience timeĀ 
  • The experience lasts around 30 minutesĀ 
  • Animal handling is subject to the health and shedding status of individual animalsĀ 
  • Guests may be unable to hold certain animals if deemed unsuitable by the animal teamĀ 
  • All interactions are supervised by highly trained staff and follow strict welfare guidelinesĀ 
  • Guests must follow all instructions followed by the animal teamĀ 
  • Crealy reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves inappropriately or poses a threat to animal or staffĀ 
  • Closed-toe footwear is recommendedĀ 
  • Guests may take photos during the experience unless otherwise instructedĀ 
  • Crealy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the experience due to animal welfare, staffing or operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or refund.Ā
