Caravan FAQ's

You can check in from 4:30pm on the day of your arrival. We politely ask that guests vacate their Caravan by 10am on departure day. 

Our Haven Caravans sleep up to 6 people. 

BBQ's are permitted as long as they raised off the ground. No disposable BBQ's are allowed. 

Electric vehicle charging is not available on our Crealy Meadows site. We have car charging points in our disabled car park on the Theme Park. 

You are welcome to order food from local supermarkets however the delivery needs to be accepted in the Reception car park. No commercial vehicles are allowed on-site past the barriers. 

You are welcome to purchase tickets on arrival. Ticket prices may vary depending on when your holiday was booked. As Resort Guests, you will receive exclusive discounted Theme Park tickets. Choose between a 1 day visit or unlimited entry. 

They are located in the first toilet block closest to Reception. Tickets for our Laundry facilities can be purchased from Reception. 

Yes you can, our Haven Caravans are dog friendly.
