How Do I Get My FREE Return?

Visit Crealy once between 24th - 31st October and you’ll receive a free ticket to come back valid for use on the 1st or 2nd November.

  • We will send you an email directly with your 'FREE return visit' on the evening of your first visit 
  • You must present this email alongside your original day ticket and the lead booking photo ID to get entry on your FREE return visit. The lead booker must be present for the re-visit.

  • Visit between 24th - 31st October and come back for FREE on either the 1st or 2nd November 
  • The FREE Return is non-refundable / has no cash value
  • The FREE Return return visit must be used on 1st or 2nd November only. 
  • Not valid on pre-paid codes from 3rd parties
  • Not valid with discounted friends & family tickets for Annual Pass Holders
  • Return visitors must be the same as the original visitors, you may be asked to present ID to confirm the lead name on the booking. The lead booker must be present.
  • You must present your original day ticket to get your FREE return 
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offers 
  • Normal Theme Park T&C's apply
