Rides and Attractions Supervisor – INTERNAL ONLY

Working alongside the Attractions Manager Snr Management Team to perform various duties – from ride operation and team co-ordination to guest liaison and operational support – to ensure the smooth running of the theme park is maintained. You will also be required to ensure that the highest levels of health and safety standards and customer service are always adhered to. Along with reactively responding to calls, this role also offers varied support to the rest of the operational departments across the resort.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader, supporting, coaching and motivating the team while ensuring smooth and consistent ride operations throughout the day.

Ensure the safe operation of all rides and attractions in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and operational procedures.

Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, actively monitoring feedback and driving continuous improvement while also responding to guest issues through effective and timely service recovery.

Provide visible, hands-on operational support throughout the day to ensure smooth and efficient ride performance.

Actively participate in training, coaching mentor team members, ensuring all training is accurately recorded and competency standards are met. To not only enhance your own performances, but also your team.

Monitor and support achievement of key operational KPIs, including Riders Per Hour (RPH), compliance checks, and guest satisfaction targets.

Ensure all rides, attractions, and guest areas are consistently safe, clean, and well-presented.

Oversee full park opening and closing procedures.

Maintain high standards of communication across teams, Duty Managers, and support departments, including ride status updates and closures.

Ensure all team members adhere to company uniform and presentation standards.

Support secondary spend opportunities by ensuring operational readiness and efficiency where applicable.

Coordinate guest evacuations and emergency procedures where required.

Liaise with Maintenance and other departments regarding ride faults, repairs, and operational improvements.

Supervise safe and efficient car park operations when required.

Support team engagement, morale, and development through regular feedback and coaching.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.

Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the safe and effective operation of the business.
The Details

Pay: £14.00 p/h
-
Hours: The candidate will be working on a rota basis, to be available to work Monday - Sunday between 8.00am – 7.00pm, (in peak periods) and during school holiday periods and bank holidays. We also hold special event evenings throughout the year.
