Restaurant and Bar Team - Up to £12.30 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Restaurant and Bar Team, serving guests at our Theme Park and Holiday Park. Our Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant offers a classic pub menu for Holiday Park guests, providing a welcoming space to unwind. Additionally, we operate the Adventurer's Bar within our evening entertainment complex, adding to the vibrant guest experience.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Restaurant and Bar Team, working in either:
- The Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant, where we serve a classic pub-style menu to our holiday park guests, many of whom are returning visitors.
- The Adventurer’s Bar, located within our evening entertainment venue, where you’ll help create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
This role is all about providing exceptional guest interactions and making our visitors feel valued. You will:
- Welcome and engage with guests, creating a "Warm & Welcoming" experience.
- Operate tills, handle cash/card transactions, and take food & drink orders.
- Prepare and serve drinks (including alcoholic beverages).
- Deliver food to tables with friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and serving areas, including daily cleaning and weekly deep cleans.
- Complete daily operational checks to ensure a smooth service.
- Upsell items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and meet sales targets.
- Minimise wastage and actively look for ways to increase revenue.
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, a passion for customer service, sales, and a positive attitude toward learning new skills are essential! If you don’t already hold Level 1 or Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, don’t worry—we’ll cover this through our on-site training program.

You don’t need prior experience—we’ll provide full training (including Food Hygiene qualifications if you don’t already have them). What matters most is your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and love for creating unforgettable guest experiences!

- Team spirit with the ability to work independently too.
- Willingness to learn, including Health & Safety training.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather (after all, the fun never stops!).

The Details
- Pay: Up to £12.30 per hour (based on age)
- Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance – This role Evening shifts run until 11 PM on Fridays & Saturdays (April – September).
