Line Cook / Kitchen Assistant
Our kitchens serve everything from pizzas and burgers to freshly prepared sandwiches and burritos. This is a high-energy environment where quality, speed, and teamwork are key.
It is expected that you’ll deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production, and service. The kitchen is a fast-paced environment where speed, quality, and teamwork are essential.
You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst:
- Cooking and preparing food including pizzas, burgers, fried items, and sandwiches
- Working across different kitchen stations (grill, fryers, prep, and service)
- Serving food quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Recording temperatures and following food safety procedure
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Supporting stock rotation, deliveries, and organisation
- Keeping kitchen and prep areas clean and compliant
- Minimising waste while maintaining strong portion control
First-class training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must. If you do not already hold level 1 or 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, then we will provide this with our onsite training.
The ideal candidate will:
- We’re looking for team members who are confident in a kitchen environment and ready to work at pace.
- Previous experience in a fast-food, takeaway, or kitchen environment is essential
- Confidence cooking and handling food independently
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) food safety and hygiene
The Details
- Pay: Up to £13.50 (based on age)
- Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance,
