What is your Electricity & Fair Use Policy?

Your pitch includes 10kW (Off Peak) 8kW (Peak) of electricity per day as part of our fair use policy. If you exceed this allowance, additional electricity will be charged at the current rate.

To activate your electric supply, scan the QR code on your pitch and sign up on arrival. A holding charge will be placed on your payment method, with any extra usage automatically billed.

Rates may vary based on commercial electricity costs.

We will be hosting an exciting calendar of evening entertainment during the Devon school holidays and on selected dates. You will be provided with an entertainment schedule upon your arrival to the Resort.

We supply bedding for all Lodge bookings. If you are booked in one of our Glamping tents as per our normal booking terms and conditions you must provide your own bedding and pillows. Alternatively we provide bedding hire for £70, this can be added onto your booking. 

Yes you can but we cannot collect this on your behalf so they will need to meet you at reception.

 

Yes there is an onsite shop that is open daily, opening times may vary depending on time of year.

  • Camping and touring - check out 10am, check in 12pm 

  • Glamping - check out 10am, check in 4:30pm 

  • Lodges - check out 10am, check in 4:30pm 

Reception is now open daily 9am-5pm and 8am-8pm during Devon School Holidays. In the event Reception is closed, please call the wardens number on your booking confirmation. 

Yes, you can, please check the Theme Park opening times.

BBQs are permitted however this does not include disposable BBQ's. Guests may use their own coal or gas BBQ's as long as they are raised off the ground.
