What happens if my child goes above the 1m for the Mini Annual Pass?

The free two nights camping can be used outside of the Devon school holidays and bank holidays.  This can be booked by calling one of our friendly advisors on 01395 234888. 

The Annual Pass discount for the 'Christmas at Crealy' event is applicable to Platinum, Gold, Silver & Mini Annual Pass holders only. Please note this is on Santa Meet & Greets Only. 

Discounted Friends and Family tickets are not valid for our Christmas at Crealy event. 

Each Annual Pass allows one additional guest discount per visit. This can only be used once a day. All Annual Pass holders must be present with the guests receiving their friends and family discount and discounted friends & family tickets must be purchased at the gate. 

A direct debit can be cancelled 28 days before renewal. Email annualpass@crealy.co.uk to confirm.

As long as you renew your Annual Pass before it expires, you will keep the original price you paid for, no matter if our Annual Pass prices increase.

Yes! This can be done with any of our Annual Pass Team when you visit the Theme Park.

You are not paying your bulk deposits in the second year so your orginal 'Price For Life' will be spread out over 12 months. 

To keep your 'Price For Life' please call 01395 233200 to renew over the phone or alternatively visit the Theme Park before your expiry date. 

No, unfortunately this is not possible. 

We try and take this payment 3 times. If it fails after this then the Annual Pass is automatically cancelled. To reinstate please visit the Theme Park before we try and take the next payment.
