Accessibility - All You Need To Know

We offer reduced/free of charge tickets for those accompanying a guest with a disability or for registered carers. Please see our ticketing page for more information.

We offer free-of-charge Ride Access Passes for guests who are unable to queue for a prolonged period of time. These enable the user and up to three other guests to gain entry to the ride via the exit queue line, significantly reducing queuing time. Please see our Ride Access page for more information on eligibility and how to book,

To maintain a fair, consistent and transparent service for all guests, we partner with Nimbus Disability. They provide an expert and impartial judgement on what level of reasonable adjustments are required for any guest with an accessibility need. We now no longer accept any other form of documentation other than the Access Card. More information on this can be found here.

We endeavour to make our rides and attractions as accessible as possible, for as many people as possible. Please see our Ride Accessibility page for more details about what you can safely experience during your visit.

Some shows may involve loud noises, flashing lights and other sensory elements. Our shows change regularly so please contact guestservices@crealy.co.uk for details on specific shows.

Trained assistance dogs are allowed in the theme park. They are not permitted to go on our rides and attractions and will need to be left with another member of the party while riding. There are also several restrictions within some of our Animal Areas.

Guests will need to speak to our Animal Team on arrival to read and agree on our assistance dogs policy. For any further questions or clarification contact guestservices@crealy.co.uk

Emotional support dogs/animals do not fall into the same category as assistance dogs and therefore we will not allow them access to the Theme Park.
