Don't be put off visiting due to a rainy weather forecast - with our Rainy Day Guarantee, you can return for FREE within 7 days if there is 30 minutes or more of continuous rainfall during your visit.  

Trust me, we're just as fed up as you are with the British weather... while we can't guarantee perfect weather, we can always guarantee fun!

How does the Rainy Day Guarantee work?

  • If it rains for more than 30 minutes continuously on your visit, you can come back for FREE within 7 days
  • We will send you an email directly with your 'Rainy Day Guarantee'
  • You must present this email alongside your original day ticket. The lead booking will need to provide photo ID to get entry for all the party

If you qualify for the rainy day return visit, you will be emailed via the email you booked with and you must present this email, alongside your original tickets with ID to get entry. 

Your second visit does not include the Easter egg hunt & free chocolate egg. 

 

You must use your return visit within 7 days of your original visit.

 

  • Our Rainy Day Guarantee is valid between 14th -  21st April
  • Rainy Day Guarantee tickets are only valid when there is 30 minutes or more of continuous rainfall captured in our operational hours (10am - 5pm) and will be monitored by Crealy Theme Park & Resort 
  • Rainfall must be heavy enough to lead to ride closures / affect Park operations
  • Crealy Theme Park & Resort's decision is final and we reserve the right to withdraw the rainy day guarantee at any point 
  • The Rainy Day Guarantee is non-refundable / has no cash value
  • Rainfall must occur between Park opening hours, as announced on the website 
  • The Rainy Day return visit must be used within 7 days of the original visit date
  • Your second visit does not include the Easter egg hunt
  • Not valid on pre-paid codes from 3rd parties
  • Return visitors must be the same as the original visitors, you may be asked to present ID to confirm the lead name on the booking 
  • You must present your original day ticket to get your FREE return 
  • Rainy Day Guarantee is not valid as part of our Short Break packages 
  • Normal Theme Park T&C's apply
