Theme Park FAQ's

For any Theme Park ticket booking amendments please click the ticket icon, located at the bottom left hand corner of your screen, and select 'change the date'. If it states it’s not applicable, please email – guestservices@crealy.co.uk.

Tickets can be purchased at the Theme Park at a higher rate to the online price and only via a credit or debit card.

We offer ONE concession ticket to any guest who the following applies:

•             OAP’s

•             Police/Fire/NHS workers

•             Carers (any guest, over the age of 18, accompanying a guest with a disability)

•             Armed forces

Guests will need to show proof of eligibility for these tickets. Proof can include any of the following:

•             OAP’s: drivers licence; pass port; OAP bus pass

•             Police/Fire/NHS workers: Blue Light card (work ID along photographic ID; payslip stating they work for one of the services)

•             Carers: carers card; MAX card; DLA; PIP; access card with the carers symbol; disability card (guest with disability must be present and have a full paying ticket)

•             Armed forces: armed forces ID; Defence Service discount card

Please note that a Blue Light Card allows the person with the card and one other person a concession ticket. All other concessions are just for that person.

Annual Pass Holders are no longer required to pre-book their visit online and in advance. Simply turn up to the Theme Park on the day you wish to visit with a valid Annual Pass card to gain entry.

All tickets booked will now provide you with a barcode; this barcode can either be printed or scanned on a digital device upon entry.

FOC tickets for infants under 92cm will be available online, please note we will require measuring the infant prior to entry of the Theme Park.

We ask that guests do not arrive to the Theme Park any earlier than 15 minutes before the Theme Park opening time.

No, however you can load your cash onto a Resort Credit Card at the ticket office to use on the Theme Park.

If you have a gift card, please turn up at the Theme Park and head to the Ticket Office. We will honour the online price for you, and you will be guaranteed entry.

Unfortunately no dogs or other pets can be admitted into the park except Assistance Dogs. Also, for the wellbeing of all dogs we don’t allow anyone to leave them in a car by themselves in our car park, however we do have limited kennels available which are free to hire service in exchange for a £20 key deposit.

Please bring with you any items that will make your pets stay more comfortable i.e. water bowl, food or treats as well as any bedding, toys etc.

Pets can only occupy the kennel from 10am until 4.30pm. The pet owner will be responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s

Kennel spaces are limited and therefore we always recommend that you pre-book your kennel by emailing guestservices@crealy.co.uk prior to your visit. Once booked kennel keys can be collected from the Information window of the main ticket office at the entrance to the park.

We ask that you return to your dog at least once during the day to check on their welfare. We will ask for your contact details so that we can call you if your pet gets distressed.
