Safety at Spook-Fest!

What measures have we put in place?

We are excited that Spook-Fest has returned for another year of Halloween fun and we are ensuring that everyone's day out is just as safe as it is spook-tacular! Let's take a look at each attraction and what's in place to protect the health and safety of both our guests and employees in line with the latest government guidelines.

Witches By Cauldron

Witches of the Wilderness

Reduced visitor capacity at each witch camp
The introduction of an additional witch camp to reduce wait time
Face masks and coverings are encouraged, but not mandatory as the attraction is outside
Our witch team will be wearing face masks out of respect for their own, and your safety
Performers will remain at least 3m away from the audience at all times
Treats will be available to collect at the end of the attraction

Scarecrow Scare Maze

Scarecrow Scare Maze

Que line markers to ensure social distancing is maintained
A maximum of 6 people will be allowed to enter the maze at any one time
We politely request that a face mask or covering should be worn in both the queue line and inside the maze
All live actors within the maze will be wearing a face mask or covering
All touch points throughout the maze will be sanitised regularly

Bear On Pizza Stage

Piazza Stage Shows (Scare Bear Show and Tik & Tok's Terrifying Tricks)

Seating will be socially distanced and sanitised thoroughly between shows
We kindly ask that those enjoying the entertainment remain seated and refrain from approaching the stage
Any volunteers chosen to go on stage is required to wear a face mask

Pop up street theatre

We kindly ask guests to keep a safe distance from themselves and pop up street performers
Photos, videos are selfies are welcomed, as long as a safe distance is maintained
Pop up entertainment will take place in spacious areas of the Theme Park to prevent the gathering of crowds

Pumpkin Picking One(1)

Collecting your pumpkin

We politely ask that guests only touch the pumpkin they wish to take home with them
Team members will be on hand to answer your questions but will not be able to handle pumpkins of the behalf of guests

Please note: The Creaky Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and will not be open for check-in's this year. Plus, due to current social distancing regulations regarding crowds and gatherings, there will be no firework displays.
