About Us

Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions, live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role
We are looking for safety-conscious and fun team members to monitor our race circuit during races, ensuring strict health & safety standards are maintained at all times. Running the Crealy Grand Prix you will act as an ambassador for the park, providing guests with the highest level of service throughout their experience. Making sure the ride area is clean, tidy and well-kept, including track, go karts and all safety equipment is a big part of the job. Interacting with queueing and racing guests is paramount, including delivering safety briefs and providing information about the various safety restrictions.

Skills & Experiences
Full training is giving but the ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Preferably evidenced with front-line customer service experience
Display confidence in operating mechanical rides and supervising the public
Have a reasonable level of fitness
Possess an ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and in a small team to achieve sales targets
Have great communication skills
Demonstrate experience in target-based environment (desirable not essential)
