As part of our Call Centre team, you will be taking inbound telephone calls from guests who would like to book a short breaks for the caravan park along with arranging group visits to our theme park. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible working hours, great pay and has a passion for Crealy Theme Park & Resort. You will be delivering excellent customer service on every call making recommendations in line with customer service delivery targets.

You will be responsible for placing bookings and answering queries/giving information to our attraction. You will be the first point of contact to our guests and will therefore need to have a friendly and professional telephone manner. You will also be expected to understand customer requirements and matching the best package to their needs. Responsibilities

  • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
  • Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
  • Liaising with managers, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries
