Entertainment and Events Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional, passionate, self-motivated, confident individual who will deliver the best possible guest experience. The Entertainment and Event Manager will be entirely responsible for creating, developing, delivering and managing the diverse programme of entertainment, shows and events across the Resort.

We are looking for someone who is:

Additional job requirements

  • Research competitor markets for future ideas
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Willing to work unsociable hours including some evenings and weekends
  • Physically able to move around a large site on foot and perform duties required
  • Have experience of operating multi venue operations
  • Deliver a programme of new and innovative family activities and live events?

Essential Experience

  • You must have had at least 3 years’ experience of managing entertainment in either a resort, holiday park, cruise ship or theme park environment
  • Managed a team of performers and external entertainers
  • Experience of hosting and presenting on stage
