Do you want to be part of the team at the number one day out in the South West? Then we have a UNIQUE position within our family run business.

We are looking for a confident individual to sell our NEW annual pass packages for 2019. This position is available on a fixed term basis over the Easter holidays from 1st - 21st April 2019.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate accurate information to guests regarding the Theme Park, prices and annual pass terms and conditions, in a timely manner to achieve set sales targets.
  • To be professional at all times and to operate with integrity, ensuring all ways of working, brand standards and policies are fully understood and adhered to.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including the guest journey and annual pass holder experience, ensuring value for money and annual pass holder retention is maximised.
  • To be flexible to work a variety of shifts to accommodate the business requirements.
  • To work in our annual pass hub, to answer any questions and to create new annual pass holders with potential guests on the Theme Park.

About Us
