Admissions & Guest Services Supervisor

About the Role

£19,500 per year

We are currently recruiting for an Admissions & Guest Services Supervisor to support the leadership of one of our busiest and most exciting teams! 

The role will see you reporting into our Guest Services Manager and reporting into you will be 5-10 admission hosts in our peak seasons. 

You will manage the day to day operation and strategic direction of the Admissions area, leading by example you will set and you will maintain and deliver the highest quality of guest service all in line with the Admissions KPIs. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction and absolute adherence to Health & Safety Policies. 

You’ll be responsible for the team welfare, dealing with guest complaints, and offering information, advice and assistance to all of our guests visiting the theme park, with the support of your manager.

About You

  • Experience of managing an admissions/ticketing department or a large operational department.
    Desirable but not essential.
  • A strong communicator, you’ll build strong working relationships with people at all levels. 
  • You will have significant people management experience too, which will include managing a medium team, as well as coaching and developing team members. About Us

Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides and attractions that also features a calendar of live shows throughout the year and a zoo.

Set in over 100 acres of Devon countryside, the business also consists of a large resort that features hot tub lodges, uniquely themed glamping tents and camping & touring pitches. Crealy is located just minutes from junction 30 of the M5 near Exeter.
