Crealy Great Adventure Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of glorious Devon countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camp resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

We are currently recruiting for an Admissions & Guest Services Supervisor, working in one of our busiest and most exciting teams !

The role will see you reporting into our Admissions Manager , reporting into you will be the Admissions Team Leaders and over 10 hosts in our peak seasons.

You wil be leading the day to day operation and strategic direction of the Admissions & Guest Services area, leading by example you will set, maintain and deliver the highest quality of guest service all in line with the Admissions department goals. You’ll ensure guest satisfaction and absolute adherence to Health & Safety Policies.You will also play an important role and be involved in recruitment, development, management of poor performance and payroll of your team.
