About the Role

We are looking for a flexible and versatile part time administrator to support our Food and Beverage and Retail Team Managers.

About This Role

  • Support the team managers by updating the payroll system; ensure the wider team are paid correctly and assign the costs to the correct unit
  • Prepare and store HACCP and Health & Safety Paperwork
  • Support the wider team with basic queries 
  • Ensure the training databases are updated and support the team managerment with the wider team training requirements
  • Ensure wastage is reported daily
  • Take minutes and record actions at commercial meetings
  • Receive purchases orders and invoices
  • Support the management team with the EPOS system
  • Support the start of new team members 

The responsibilities connected to this role are not an exhaustive list and may be added to ensuring that any objectives, targets or requirements set are achieved. 

PPE is provided for this role

This is initially a fixed term part time postition, for 10 months, approx 24 hours a week that will include all weekend working and during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays.  Hours will be rostered in advance and could vary dependent on the time of year. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.

Every department here at Crealy Theme Park and Resort focuses on the safety of our guests and all team members as a number one priority. Each role will undertake department specific Health & Safety training, alongside wider Theme Park and Resort training. 

For this exciting new job role we’re looking for a confident person who has excellent communication skills and are interested in working as part of a wider team to drive high standards and deliver a first class guest experience. You should be highly driven and motivated to take ownership of the daily organisation of the wider department, whilst working as part of the integral park wide team.

Previous administration experience is required but  training  on the department is provided  but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learing new things is a must.   We are looking for a team member who can meet our department standards and work within a fast paced, exciting and engaging  team. 


  • Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Display a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally & externally
  • High level of organisational skills

In addition the ideal candidate will:

* Be comfortable working on the move
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Display confidence in dealing with the team
* Be a quick learner 
* Have a reasonable level of fitness 
* Possess an ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a larger team
* Have great communication skills
