Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Seasonal Admissions and Guest Services Host for our 2021 Christmas Event at Crealy Theme Park and Resort!

We are seeking friendly team members, who are passionate about our guests, and able to provide an exceptional customer experience with strong communication skills.

We are looking for team with experience within a face-to-face customer service capacity.  We are looking for a quick learner who can meet our department standards and work within a fast paced team in our exciting and engaging guest service team.

As an Admissions and Guest Services Host you will be the face of the resort, being one of the first and last team members our guests interact with at the beginning and the end of their day out on the Theme Park. You will be to helping guests have a smooth, efficient and memorable entry and exit through our turnstiles.

No previous experience is necessary as first-class training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

Every department here at Crealy Theme Park and Resort focuses on the safety of our guests and all team members as a number one priority. Each role will undertake department specific Health & Safety training, alongside wider Theme Park and Resort training. 

In addition the ideal candidate will:
* Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Preferably evidenced with front-line customer service experience
* Display confidence in supervising the public
* Have a reasonable level of fitness
 

 This role will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
