About the Role

We are looking for a versatile multi skilled 'handy person' to join our small maintenance team.

You’ll be called upon to complete a wide variety of tasks and jobs and it’s extremely important that you remain flexible and versatile around these. Although this isn’t a full guest facing role, you will still play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience and it’s important to remain friendly and approachable whenever you come in to contact with one of our guests.

Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have some building maintenance experience- Whether you are a painter & decorator, a plumber, joiner, electrician or even just an all-round handy man or woman. Along with the above you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and safety standards. Being able to work under pressure and to a given time scale is important.  

A full driving licence is ideal for this role as there may be an occaisional need for you to drive the company vehicles on park.

Our peak times are between March and November although we are open all year round to guests.

Every department here at Crealy Theme Park and Resort focuses on the safety of our guests and all team members as a number one priority. Each role will undertake department specific Health & Safety training, alongside wider Theme Park and Resort training. 

You should be highly driven and motivated to take ownership of the daily running of our attractions, while supporting the wider resort as part of this integral team.

In addition the ideal candidate will:
* Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. 
* Display confidence in all trades
* Have a reasonable level of fitness
* Possess an ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a larger team
* Have great communication skills
