Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Admissions, Guest Services and Membersip Sales Hosts  at Crealy Theme Park and Resort!

We are seeking friendly team members, who are passionate about our guests, and able to provide an exceptional customer experience with strong communication skills.

We are looking for team with experience within a face-to-face customer service capacity.  We are looking for a quick learner who can meet our department standards and work within a fast paced team in our exciting and engaging guest service team.

As an Admissions and Guest Services Host you will be the face of the resort, being one of the first and last team members our guests interact with at the beginning and the end of their day out on the Theme Park. You will be to helping guests have a smooth, efficient and memorable entry and exit through our turnstiles.

Admissions and Guest Services Hosts also work in our Annual Pass Hub in the theme park; here you will be expected to sell passes and process sales on our tills as well as helping guests with a variety of queries – it really is a role like no other!

No previous experience is necessary as first-class training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

Every department here at Crealy Theme Park and Resort focuses on the safety of our guests and all team members as a number one priority. Each role will undertake department specific Health & Safety training, alongside wider Theme Park and Resort training. 

For these exciting guest facing job roles we’re looking for confident people who have excellent communication skills and are interested in working as part of a wider team to drive high standards and deliver a first class guest experience. You’ll be someone who loves to share their passion and knowledge for the resort, and thrive in a work environment where you are presented with new scenarios on a daily basis, all whilst using your initiative to deliver the best possible service each and every time!

In addition the ideal candidate will:
* Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Preferably evidenced with front-line customer service experience
* Display confidence in supervising the public
* Have a reasonable level of fitness
* Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and also enjoy sharing your passion       and knowledge for the resort when selling passes

This role is flexible but mainly part time in off peak periods but can be full time during holiday period (higher in peak times and less during off peak times).  This role will include weekends and bank holidays as required.  Our main season runs from March to November, but we are open to guests/visitors all year.
