Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Team Members.
This is a great opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team, no experience is necessary as full training will be provided. To be a part of the Crealy Food and Beverage Team you just have to be full of enthusiasm and have a customer- focused attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
This is a postition that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays, although we can be flexible in the shift patterns if necessary. Hours will be rostered in advance and vary dependent on the time of year. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening. We are open all year round.
We have various food openings and outlets across the Theme Park, no day is the same. Our Food & Beverage team work in various locations across the Park, including fast food kiosks to coffee shops. You will be undertaking a range of tasks that may include serving food and drinks, preparing food for outlets, serving guests and cleaning duties. Whatever role you are doing, you'll have the chance to gain experience in many diverse areas of our business, it is expected that you'll deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production and service.
Every department here at Crealy Theme Park and Resort focuses on the safety of our guests and all team members as a number one priority. Each role will undertake department specific Health & Safety training, alongside wider Theme Park and Resort training.
No experience is necessary as full training is provided but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learing new things is a must. We are looking for team who can meet our department standards and work within a fast paced, exciting and engaging team. If you do not already hold Level 1 or 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, then we will provide this with our onsite training.
In addition the ideal candidate will:
* Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Display confidence in dealing with the public
* Be a quick learner and able to operate a till
* Have a reasonable level of fitness
* Possess an ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a larger team
* Have great communication skills
