About Us
Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of glorious Devon countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.
About the Role
We are looking for friendly, hardworking campsite wardens. Working in a previous campsite/tourism role would be advantageous. First and foremost, your role is making sure everyone has a good stay.
The rota varies between 3-6 working days a week depending on the time of year. The successful candidates need to be able to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings and be able to be stay onsite as part of the rota. You will need to provide your own caravan but we will supply your pitch and services for free for the season.
You must be dedicated to all things caravanning and camping and enjoy giving our guests the best holiday expereince whilst they are staying with us. You will ensure that all holiday makers are given a warm welcome and a first-class service.
We want you to create and support a 'sense of community' - a real family holiday atmosphere. Ensure all touring and camping pitches are presented to the highest standard at all times and that all site rules are followed and that all holiday makers feel safe and secure.
We expect you to help the guest to pitch their caravans or tents onto the correct allocation, ensure that revenue for additional unpaid pitched items are paid and be visible and be on hand for any holiday maker questions.

You should be highly driven and motivated to take ownership of your role, while supporting the wider resort as part of this integral team.
In addition the ideal candidate will:
* Be at least 21 years old
* Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
* Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Preferably evidenced with front-line customer service experience
* Display confidence in supervising the public
* Have a reasonable level of fitness
* Possess an ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a larger team
* Have great communication skills
