Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of glorious Devon countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.
About the Role
We are looking for a Security Team Members to join our team. We have a fun working environment but an SIA Badge is essential as well as a customer focused attitude.
Our security team will cover both our Theme Park and Holiday Park operations on a rota basis.
For our Holiday Park guests, you will be an enthusiastic customer service champion who will conduct regular tours of all guest accommodation areas of the park to ensure guest behaviour and noise is managed in line with the park rules and moreover to aid guests in need of assistance.
You will also be expected to maintain a friendly presence during our evening entertainment to ensure that guest behaviour is managed in our venues.
The peak hours for this are 9pm – 2am, 5 nights per week and off peak hours are 9pm - Midnight, 3 nights per week including school holidays, weekends and Bank Holidays.
For our Theme Park guests, you will be an enthusiatic customer service champion who will support the duty manager in making sure our guest feel safe and secure during their visit to the Park. You will ensure that guest behaviour is managed in line with the park rules that are in place to ensure everyone has a great visit.
You will also undertake carparking duties at peak periods, guiding guests to available parking.
The hours for this role are in line with the park opening times and including our busiest times in school holidays, weekends and bank holidays.
You will need a full driving licence as there is a requirement for you to drive the Company vehicles on site.

* Display confidence in supervising the public
* Have a reasonable level of fitness
* Possess an ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a larger team
* Have great communication skills
