About Us

Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions, live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role

The successful person will assist in the responsibility for the cleaning and presentation of all of the holiday accommodation from Lodges to Glamping.

Reporting directly to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Supervisor  will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness within the Resort’s accommodation department, overseeing and organising and a large housekeeping team.

This role will suit anyone looking for part time work , with an average working week consisting of up to 24 hours. Shift times vary but candidates will need to be available on Mondays and Fridays. and Saturdays

(There can be the opportunity to work additional hours in busy periods)

Good Rate of Pay plus the opportunity for a bonus based on Guest Feedback

  • Assist in training and leading a team of accommodation cleaners
  • Be responsible for supervising a team of up to 8-10 cleaners and covering allocated shifts
  • Perform regular accommodation audits
  • Show excellent customer service skills in handling feedback and guest interaction
  • Monitor the performance of the cleaning and checking teams.
  • Assist in Managing all department stock including cleaning chemicals, linen and inventory
  • To organise the deep cleaning of accommodation units out of season
  • Work alongside with the maintenance, reception and management teams
  • Comply with company health & safety policies and procedures. (COSHH, manual handling, fire and safety procedures)

Skills & Experience

  • The ideal candidate would have previous cleaning experience in a similar environment although full training will be provided.
  • Ideally previous experience in leading a team
  • Display an impressive eye for detail and the ability to go the extra mile on a daily basis
  • Highly practical individual with the abilities to succeed in a fast paced and variable working environment
  • The role will involve working both indoors and outdoors across the resort so the job holder will need to be fit, like working in varying conditions and be prepared for a fair degree of walking.
  • Display a high level of interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work as part of a team, employ bags of enthusiasm and have a clear understanding of good customer care.
  • Possess excellent Customer Service as a Crealy ambassador, with the ability to listen and demonstrate empathy with the needs of different customers.
