Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides and attractions, seasonal live shows and a variety of zoo animals. Set in over 100 acres of countryside Crealy Meadows, our large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role

We are looking for a truly brilliant person, with a natural flair for customer service, looking to fit into a special place. You would need to be a whizz with admin, super friendly on the phone and things always get done when you are around!

As part of our Contact Centre team, you will be taking inbound telephone calls from guests who would like to book a short breaks for the caravan park along with arranging group visits to our theme park. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part time flexible working hours, great pay and has a passion for Crealy Theme Park & Resort. You will be delivering excellent customer service on every call making recommendations in line with customer service delivery targets.

You will be responsible for placing bookings and answering queries/giving information to our attraction. You will be the first point of contact to our guests and will therefore need to have a friendly and professional telephone manner. You will also be expected to understand customer requirements and matching the best package to their needs. Responsibilities

  • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
  • Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
  • Liaising with managers, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries
