Food & Beverage Assistant Cluster Manager

Crealy Adventure Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation. Crealy is located just minutes from junction 30 of the M5 near Exeter.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to be a permanent part of our Food & Beverage team, being involved in the planning and delivery of new F&B concepts and leading a team of Team leaders and being accountable for a number of profit & loss accounts ensuring budgets are stuck to and targets are achieved. Reporting to the F&B Cluster Manager. You will motivate and work alongside your team to deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production and service. You will manage designated areas in line with all relevant H&S and Food Policy legislation and ensure that profit is being maximised in all areas of your control.

Serving up a variety of meals from our electric mix of food outlets, everything from our Blackbeard’s Chicken Shack to our fully licenced bar. This role is a key role in the department and you will need to deputise in the absence of your Cluster Manager.
You will use your personality to ensure that our Guests have a great experience and leave with memorable experiences and wanting to return.
