Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo. Set in over 100 acres of countryside the business also consists of a large luxury lodge and camping resort that includes uniquely themed glamping accommodation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Seasonal Retail Assistant, to provide an excellent retail experience to our guests.  You would be working in our gift shop and photo shop on the Theme Park

The initial contract period is for February Half Term  14th February - 22nd February 2020 and there is the possibilty to extend for the the full season contract from March 2020 to November 2020 (if required)

 

 

About You

  • Previous Experience of working in a Retail Environment is ideal
  • Ability to work as part of a Team and alone.
  • Dealing directly with our Guests in a busy Retail environment either on Park or in one of the Retail outlets.
  • Maintaining solid product knowledge and awareness.
  • Have  excellent Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to listen and demonstrate empathy with the needs of different customers.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills to enable you to achieve and deliver to deadlines.
  • Possess good numeracy skills.
