About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to work in a young and vibrant department

This is an excellent opportunity to be a permanent part of our Food & Beverage team, being involved in the planning and delivery of new F&B concepts and leading a team of Team leaders and being accountable for a number of profit & loss accounts ensuring budgets are stuck to and targets are achieved.

You will motivate and work alongside your team to deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production and service.

You will manage designated areas in line with all relevant H&S and Food Policy legislation and ensure that profit is being maximised in all areas of your control.

You will need to be flexible to be able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a 5 out of 7 days rota

Skills and Experience

  • Passionate leader who is passionate about delivering great guest experiences

  • Ideally some experience in the Food & Beverage industry but not essential

  • Clear understanding of leading and managing people

  • Sound understanding of food hygiene and health & safety policies

  • Passionate about supporting and developing your team to ensure they are delivering to their potential

  • Out of the box thinking

  • Quick decision making skills and an ability to get the job done

  • Display a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, and the desire to retain customers by exceeding their expectations.

  • Have a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Have experience of leading and managing a team 

  • Have awareness of the importance of being a Team Player.

Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s largest family theme park attraction and is home to over 60 rides, attractions and live shows and zoo.
