About the Role

We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Accommodation Cleaner to join our dedicated Resort team to look after our fleet of luxury holiday lodges and Glamping accommodation over our busy Winter 2019/20 season. 

This may suit someone who is looking for a convenient job to earn some extra cash to help for Christmas and January (although there is a possibility for the contract to be renewed for the main 2020 season for the right candidate)

It is our top priority to ensure that our guests have a great time whilst staying at Crealy and what our guests appreciate most is clean and well maintained accommodation.   The successful candidate will ensure our accommodation is presented to the highest standard by following exact company guidelines.

Great Rate of Pay plus the opportunity for a bonus based on Guest Feedback

This role  could fit in with ‘the school run’, with an average working week consisting of 12  hours. Shift times vary but candidates will need to be available on both Mondays and Fridays , 9.30am- 4.00pm

Skills & Experiences

  • The ideal candidate would have previous cleaning experience in a similar environment, although full training will be provided.
  • Display an impressive eye for detail and the ability to go the extra mile
  • The practical knowledge to strip and make beds with appropriate bedding where necessary with the ability to follow strict time directives, ensuring all accommodation is ready at the expected time
  • The awareness to record missing inventory, maintenance issues and linen requirements with the ability to accurately record this information on check sheets and company documentation
  • Display a high level of interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work as part of a team, employ bags of enthusiasm and have a clear understanding of good customer care.
  • Successful candidates will be those who can show they can provide a world class service in a fast paced and intensive seasonal environment.
