Q. Will you send us our tickets?

A. No - your tickets along with child wristbands should be collected on the day of your visit from our ticket collection point.

Q. I would like to book a Group Visit, but can’t find anything which meets my needs. Can you help?

A. Yes, we would be delighted to discuss any bespoke requirements with you, please speak to our Groups Officer.

Q. Do you have any undercover areas?

A. We have a number of undercover large areas throughout the park. Our large covered picnic area is located opposite the Dino-Jeeps ride. Many of our food outlets also have seating areas Buddy Bear’s Kingdom, The Lost world of Atlantis and the Adventure Zone offer lots of space to play and explore. 

Q. Does the park use strobe lighting?

A. Some of our rides and attractions use flash photography. Please ask a Team member on the day of your visit for more details

Q. Where can we eat our lunch?

A. There is a large under cover picnic area located opposite the Dino-Jeeps ride. During quieter days our Mamma Mia’s restaurant can used to accommodate up to 200 guests and on nicer days there are plenty of picnic benches located across the park

Q. Is there anywhere that children can leave their bags?

A. There is a secure area that children can leave their bags. 

Q. Are your staff DBS / CRB checked?

A. As a company we have a Safeguarding Children Policy which outlines our practices. To receive a copy, please call 01395 233 200 or email fun@crealy.co.uk.

Q. Does the park expose children to water?

Some of our rides are water based and are fully supervised with the exception of the ‘Summer Soak Zone’ There is a large open lake that is not fenced. Children will also need to be fully supervised when in this area.

Q. Is the park suitable for disabled guests?

Crealy is mainly located on mainly flat land. Throughout the park are a number of facilities for disabled visitors including a changing room. Please view our accessibility statement for more information.

Q. Do you have a prepared risk assessment?

Q. Do you offer a pre-visit?

A. We offer group guests a two-hour pass for two adults to visit us in advance of a trip. The Groups Ambassador would be delighted to give you a personal tour, answer all of your questions and show you facilities. Please email groups@crealy.co.uk to arrange a pre-visit.

Q. What are the medical provisions?

A. Crealy Great Adventure Park has at least 6 fully qualified first aiders on site at any one time. There is a fully equipped first aid room complete with defibrillator. 

Q. Is there a lost child procedure?

A. All our team members are fully briefed on this procedure. Lost Child wristbands will be issued on arrival. If a child is missing from your party, please inform any member of the team immediately.

Q. Are the rides checked daily?

A. In accordance with national industry regulations, and ride manufacturer guidelines, all rides are thoroughly checked daily by our engineers. All rides undergo vigorous maintenance programme.
