View some of the frequently asked questions ahead of booking your birthday party at Crealy.

Q. Do you have birthday room to hire?

A. Unfortunately we don’t have a birthday room to hire, however we have many different areas on park that you are more than welcome to use to celebrate the birthday child’s special day.

Q. What happens if the number of guests changes before the visit?

A. We can amend your birthday visit booking up to 7 day prior to your visit; any amends that need to be done after 7 days will cost a small admin fee of £25.

Q. Can there be more than one birthday child?

A. Of course there can, the more the merrier!

Q. Do I have to pay the full amount at the time of booking?

A. The full amount needs to be paid off 2 weeks prior to your arrival so any bookings made before this time can be paid off in parts.

Q. Do you cater for diet requirements/food allergies?

A. Yes. If you let one of the Advisors aware of the dietary requirement we can arrange an alternative food option.

Q. Is there a minimum or maximum age limit for the birthday package?

A. Of course not, there is no age limit on fun!

Q. Can we access the park for the full day?

A. You are welcome to use all facilities on site for the full day!

Q. Do adults and children pay the same amount?

A. Everyone in the party pays the same entry fee. The birthday child is free entry.

Q. Do members get any discount on birthday visits?

A. Members don’t receive any further discount, as the birthday visit is great value for money.

Q. Can we bring a birthday cake to be presented to the birthday child?

A. Yes. If you ask one of our team, we can arrange a special presentation of the cake.

Q. What type of birthday packages do you offer?

We offer three birthday packages; Atlantis, Fast-track, and Buddy & Blossom Surprise.

Q. What is the minimum number of guests for an Atlantis Party? 


Q. How much deposit do I need to pay to secure a date for a birthday party and is it non-refundable?

It is £30 non-refundable deposit.

Q. How many days notice do I need to give if I require Crealy to provide the food?

We need at least seven days notice if you require food.

Q. Can I reschedule the party once the deposit has been paid?

No, unfortunately you are not able to reschedule once the deposit has been paid.

Q. Do you do all the parties that you offer all year around?

No, Atlantis  is 361 days, the other birthday packages run from 1st March - 1st November

Q. How much is it to hold an event?

It can depend on what you want it can range from about £900 upwards depending what you require.

Q. If I book an event can I book some rides as well?

Yes you can for an additional charge

Q. What types of buffet options are there?

There are options for cold buffet and hot both separate and also combined. These all have a minimum amount of children required also for this to be enjoyed.

Minimum of 15 children for the cold buffet and a minimum of 20 for the hot which is also the same for the combined option. There is also an option for adults to enjoy the food too. Q. Do you pay extra for a late license, and how much is it? 

When hiring the Adventure zone the late license is an additional £100 which for a license to 12pm.

Q. How many guests can you cater for?

From 60 to 350. We will require final numbers and your menu requirements at least seven days prior to the party.

Q. Can we bring our own music?

Yes you can but you would need to bring your own PA system. We can also arrange for a DJ for you

Q. Can you offer a selection of cocktails?

We can offer cocktails for your event
