Can I bring my dog to Crealy?
Due to the animals that we have at Crealy we have a zoo licence that restricts dogs being allowed onsite. We do have limited kennel space available; these are available for a £20 deposit. The kennels are a self-service base for your animal and we do not provide bedding, bowls, food or drink although a water tap and a waste bin are located close by. To reserve a kennel please call us on 01395 233 200.
Do I have to print tickets for entry?
No, you will be given a unique reference number that you enter upon arrival and your tickets will be printed at one of our ticket kiosks located at the Main Entrance to the park.
Why can’t I book tickets for today online?
The online booking process is to be done at least one day in advance of your visit to receive the online discount.
How do I validate my ticket for my 7-4-1 offer?
Please see a member of the team at Guest Services before you leave the park during peak season or at admission desk number six during winter season. This offer is only available during selected dates.
My child and a few school friends would like to come to Crealy for the day what are your rules on this?
Anyone coming to Crealy must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 16 years or above.
Do you have wheelchairs onsite?
We do have a limited amount of wheelchairs onsite that can be hired out daily with a £20 refundable deposit.
Are any rides NOT included in the cost of admission?
All rides excluding the Crealy Grand Prix, Quad Bikes as well as arcade games and outdoor shooting games are included in the cost of admission.
Can I pay less if I come in halfway through the day after 2pm?
The cost for admission is per day; we do not offer discounted prices after a certain time, you can still validate your ticket for our ‘7-days for the price of 1’ offer*
*Not available during off-peak season.
Can I reserve a table for lunch, as it’s my child’s birthday?
We do not offer this facility however we shall try and accommodate you as best we can.
Are our return tickets interchangeable?
No, we require everybody having a free six-day return to have their photo taken to link them to their receipt. Anybody not in the original photo will need to purchase a new ticket for that day.
Can a relative use my Annual Pass to bring my children into the Theme Park?
Annual Passes are not interchangeable; we offer the facility to pre-book tickets online for discounted admission rates to the Theme Park (subject to time of year).
Can I stand next to my child on the Carousel?
Yes, one adult per child.
Is there much to do for under 3’s?
Atlantis, Buddy Bear’s Kingdom, Victorian Carousel, & Safari Express all cater for younger guests.
I’m just going to watch, do I still have to pay?
All guests coming to Crealy are required to have a valid ticket for entry that day.
Can I go down to Crealy meadows and look at a glamping unit or Lodge?
Yes we would love to show you our Glamping and Lodge units, please contact Crealy Meadows reception manager to arrange a viewing (not available in peak season). You are also free to walk around our Crealy Meadows campsite and see the award winning facilities.
