With the health and safety of our guests being our number one priority, we’ve put extensive health and safety measures in place across the Theme Park & Resort to ensure that everyone has a fun, but more importantly, a safe visit with us. Please read the information below for an outline of some of the changes we have made to keep everyone as safe as we possibly can.

Online bookings only

In order to maintain social distancing across the Resort, we will be operating the Theme Park at a limited capacity.  To fulfil this, we will only be accepting online bookings made in advance. This ensures that we are able to control capacity on park and provide the best guest experience possible.

Social distancing

We have set up  social distancing measures across the entire Theme Park & Resort whether that's on our rides, in queue lines or in our on site shops. Everywhere will be clearly signposted to ensure that everyone adheres to these social distancing rules and to know where to go.

Enhanced cleaning

We have installed additional hand sanitising stations across the Theme Park & Resort for guests to use frequently throughout their visit and potential COVID-19 ‘hot spots’ (door handles, surfaces, ride restraints ect) will be cleaned thouroughly and regularly.

Limited rides & attractions

Until further notice, our indoor play areas will be closed. Selected water rides will also remain closed until we are advised that it is safe to do otherwise, however all of our outdoor rides will be open. Click here to see the list of rides and attraction that will be open when you visit.

Grab & go food options

Food & drink outlets will be open, with an emphasis on grab & go options and to reduce risk, the park will only be accepting methods of contactless card payment.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All of our team members will be provided with various forms of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as face masks and face shields. We politely request that guests should wear a face mask or face covering in areas where they cannot adhere to the 2 metre social distancing rule. Please note that guests will be required to wear a face mask or a face covering on the following rides within the Park; The Flying Machine, The Flying Dutchman, Jolly Roger, Maximus Rollercoaster, Lost World of Atlantis and all toilet facilities. Guests with a specific medical condition that prevents the wearing of facemasks will need to provide proof in the form of a medical exemption letter. This will need to be produced to a team member before entering the park.
