Crealy pays the highest attention to health and
safety. By entering Crealy you agree to observe the safety code and
accept that there are elements of risk in an active lifestyle, which
can be reduced by common sense and personal responsibility. Crealy
Great Adventure Parks will not be held liable for any loss or damage,
howsoever caused.
The height restrictions apply to all
visitors at all times and are in place for the safety of our guests.
Measurements are from the top of the head down to the ground - spiky
hair does not count!
NOTE: All children who are measured at
Admissions and found to be 0.92cm or just over, and therefore pay to
enter, are given a wristband at Admissions. Therefore, a small child
wearing a wristband has already been checked as measuring at least
0.92cm so does not need to be remeasured by Rangers at each ride UNLESS
the ride restriction is over 0.92cm.
Crealy
Adventure Park is a member of IAPPA and BALPPA. All member parks
welcome visits by all, including those with special needs, and will do
everything possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable stay. Certain
rides and attractions in our parks can, however, be physically
demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse
admission to certain rides should we feel there is a danger to a
particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. We are
advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on grounds of
health and safety does not constitute discrimination.
We do hope that you understand and accept the decisions made in the interest of your safety.
