Play Safety At Our Park

Crealy Great Adventure Parks are committed to the highest standards of health, safety and entertainment. All guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (16 years +), in whose care they are permitted to enter the premises and who assumes full responsibility.

Safety code for individuals

All guests shall:

>

Take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/ herself and of the other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions.

> Show courtesy to others.
> Be responsible for obeying all written and verbal instructions within the park.
>

Not engage in any reckless act or activity which may cause or result in injury to himself/herself or to others.

>

Not board or dismount from an amusement ride except at designated areas and as instructed by a member of staff.

> Not throw any object from an amusement ride.
> Not disconnect any safety device, seat belt or harness.
> Not use any facilities when alcohol or drugs has impaired his/ her ability..
> Be responsible for knowing and acting within the limits of his/ her ability.

It is YOUR personal responsibility to follow the code.

Crealy pays the highest attention to health and safety. By entering Crealy you agree to observe the safety code and accept that there are elements of risk in an active lifestyle, which can be reduced by common sense and personal responsibility. Crealy Great Adventure Parks will not be held liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused.

The height restrictions apply to all visitors at all times and are in place for the safety of our guests. Measurements are from the top of the head down to the ground - spiky hair does not count!

NOTE: All children who are measured at Admissions and found to be 0.92cm or just over, and therefore pay to enter, are given a wristband at Admissions. Therefore, a small child wearing a wristband has already been checked as measuring at least 0.92cm so does not need to be remeasured by Rangers at each ride UNLESS the ride restriction is over 0.92cm.

BALPPACrealy Adventure Park is a member of IAPPA and BALPPA. All member parks welcome visits by all, including those with special needs, and will do everything possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable stay. Certain rides and attractions in our parks can, however, be physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. We are advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination.

We do hope that you understand and accept the decisions made in the interest of your safety.
