To provide the best start to employment, all new employees receive a Park Induction on their first day. All employees then receive a full departmental introduction to ensure the ability to positively impact on a guest’s experience.

Each employee has a personal training plans and regular appraisals, starting with a "honeymoon appraisal" in the first month; thereafter six monthly.

To maintain continued learning whilst at work and encourage confidence and excellence, we provide a wide range of bespoke courses including NVQs and workshops teaching sign language training and public speaking skills.

All leaders of any level participate in our rolling, what we call "Super Sessions". Our staff tell us they have never participated in as much training in any other company.
