HOW DO I APPLY FOR WORK AT CREALY?
It's easy! Just go to http://www.crealy.co.uk/people-and-jobs.aspx,click on 'Apply On-Line' and then simply select the job that you thinkyou would most enjoy or that suits your skills and experience. Completeone of our on-line application forms and we'll do the rest.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO WORK AT CREALY?

CAN I WORK AT CREALY AS A VOLUNTEER?

CAN I UNDERTAKE MY WORK EXPERIENCE AT CREALY?
Yesyou can. We have a comprehensive programme designed with you in mindand to help you understand what working at Crealy is really like.Please note that we do not normally accept applicants/placements whoare already employed by us because we believe it is important for youngpeople to experience other work cultures. We treat work experience asrecruitment opportunities and will keep all records pertaining to yourtime with us and suitable people may be offered employment. WHAT DO I HAVE TO WEAR?
Wewill provide you with a uniform, usually consists of a polo shirt,sweat shirt and cap. Although this may differ slightly depending onwhich department you work for. You will need to ensure that you wear black or dark blue trousers or skirt and black or dark blue shoes.Jeans and trainers are not acceptable. HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID?
Howmuch you are paid depends on your age and the job that you are employedto do. To make it simple, we use a grade system. When you begin workyou will usually start on Grade 1 and you can then work your way up thegrades. We also offer a Loyalty Bonus to everybody who works until theend of their contract. This equates to an extra 15 pence an hour, whichwe will hold until you reach your agreed finish date. You’ll then get alump sum paid to you at the end of the Season. Payrates from 01.10.09.pdf

HOW OFTEN DO I GET PAID?
AtCrealy, we pay one week in arrears, directly into a valid Bank Account.You will need to make sure that you have a valid Bank Account numberfor us when you start work and National Insurance number (if you haveone), as we will start to pay you straight away. HOW OFTEN CAN I WORK?
Thisdepends entirely on you and on what vacancies we have when you apply.However, we do ask that everybody works either alternate weekends orone day every weekend.

DO YOU PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION AT CREALY?
Unfortunately,we do not have accommodation at Crealy. Please note that it will be your responsibility to ensure that payment is made to the accommodation provider for your board.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
Crealyprovides a family style free lunch plus tea, coffee and/or fruit squashto all employees and volunteers.  This is served in the Staffcanteen area.  Alternatively staff can purchase food at adiscounted rate from the Catering outlets.

HOW DO I GET TO WORK?
Thereare regular buses between Exeter and Sidmouth and during the seasonthese run approximately every half an hour. You can purchase certainconcessionary tickets, which reduce the cost a little. To view thetimetable for our local bus services please click below:

Alternatively,there is free parking at Crealy. If you are being picked up or droppedoff you must ensure that you are dropped off at least fifteen minutesbefore the start of your shift and that you only picked up once all ofyour duties are completed and you have spoken to your Supervisor.
If you are driving yourself to work, please remember to respect our guests and drive safely and slowly whilst on park.

WILL I RECEIVE TRAINING?
Yes,there is a comprehensive programme of training at Crealy. Obviously, itdepends on what job you are employed to do that determines the amountand frequency of the training you will receive. Learn more about thetraining we offer by clicking here> Training Programme

ARE THERE ANY SOCIAL EVENTS THAT I CAN ATTEND?It's not all work, work, work!!
Yes, we hold regular social events throughout the year. They always provevery popular and are an opportunity for our teams to meet and to get toknow each other. Crealy Team Members are VIP members and freemembership for your family is just one of our great benefits. You and your family are invited to join our fun members evenings throughout the year.
