Retail Team Member
We are seeking friendly retail team members to work in our gift shop, resort shop, mobile retail kiosks, themed outlet and photo shop for our 2024 season.
You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst

Operating tills
-
Cash handling/card transactions
-
Upselling items and promotions
-
Putting away deliveries and stock
-
Visual merchandising
-
Daily cleaning
-
Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders

Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests
No previous experience is necessary as first-class training will be given but a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.
The ideal candidate will:

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays. Our hours of operation are between 8am - 8pm.
Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
