Restaurant & Bar Team Member

We are looking for great team members to join our Restaurant and Bar Team to help us serve our Theme Park and Holiday Park guests.  Our Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant, serves a classic pub menu for our Holiday Park and a bar where our guests come to relax.  We also have our Adventurer's Bar in our evening entertainment complex. ​

You are expected to be role models on delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst

• Operating tills

• Cash handling/card transactions

• Taking orders

• Serving food and drinks

• Daily cleaning of kitchen, dining and serving areas

• Achieve sales targets as set by your manager, by upselling items and promotions

• Actively seek ways to increase revenue and keep wastage at a minimum

If you do not already hold Level 1 or 2 Food Hygiene qualifications, then we will provide this with our onsite training.  Bar or waiting experience would be useful but not essential

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a good communicator

•  Display confidence in dealing with the public

• Have an eye for detail

• Possess an ability to work independently, without supervision and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience

There are a variety of shifts available, including  Breakfast shifts, daytime shifts. We also have evenings shifts that finish at 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays every weekend from April to September and evening shifts every night during the Devon school holidays, as well as other evening events too.

This is a seasonal postition that requires you to be available to work weekends, during school holiday periods as well as bank holidays, although we can be flexible in the shift patterns if necessary.  Hours will be rostered in advance and vary dependent on the time of year. Flexibility is also required from you to meet peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
