Guest Services Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader to support our Guest Services Operation on the Theme Park.
About You

A strong communicator, you’ll build strong working relationships with people at all levels.

You will have significant people management experience too, which will include managing a medium team, as well as coaching and developing team members. Our business is all about fun, so you'll have a positive and up-beat personality, but also the drive, passion and credibility to influence and make a difference.
Duties will include -

Ensure the smooth, friendly and efficient running of the admissions (entry and exit) operation

Assist in recruiting suitable team members in a timely and professional manner, including Turnstile Hosts, Annual Pass Ambassadors and Guest Service Advisors

Training and mentoring all new team members, ensuring all documentation is well recorded and filed

Provide hands-on, front line operational support throughout the day
-
Provide clear and positive communication to all team members, guests and other company stakeholders

Actively drive Annual Pass sales and passholder retention to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Deputise for the Guest Service Manager as necessay

Monitor guest feedback and take action accordingly

Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

Help to ensure all parkwide marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date and well presented

Help to co-ordinate group bookings and special-events

Effective management of lost property
